Contact

Ask us to call you back.

One number reaches the whole office and whoever answers will know who you are. There is no charge for the first conversation.

Get in touch

No booking systems. Just a phone call.

Tell us roughly what’s on your mind and when suits you. One of our advisers will ring you back by the end of the next working day.

Wherever you are in the UK

We advise clients across the UK over Teams or Zoom, with paperwork signed digitally. Home visits are available within about a 15-minute drive of the office at no extra cost; further afield we may need to charge for travel time and we’ll always tell you first.

Ask us to call you

Four fields. That’s it.

We’ll only use your details to get back to you about your enquiry. We never pass them on. Read our privacy policy.

What happens next

Nothing you haven’t agreed to.

I

We ring you back

By the end of the next working day, at the time you asked for. An adviser, not a call handler working from a script.

II

Your introductory call

At our office, your home, or over video. We listen, you ask questions. No charge and no obligation afterwards.

III

You decide what happens next

If we can help, we’ll explain how and what it costs. If we can’t, we’ll tell you that instead.

Who you’d be dealing with

We will always endeavour to give you continuity.

Ask for any of them by name, or leave it to us and we’ll match you to whoever fits best. More complex situations generally sit with Mark, our Chartered Financial Planner.

Common questions

Things people ask us about this.

Is the first meeting really free?

Yes. We use it to establish whether we can help. If we don’t think we can, we’ll say so and there’s nothing to pay.

How quickly will you get back to me?

We aim to answer emails within 24 hours and to return calls within one working day. If you’d rather not wait, ring 01772 864314 during office hours — as a small firm there are times when everyone is out, but somebody is usually there to take your call.

Do I have to come to your office?

No. We advise clients across the UK over Teams and Zoom, with documents signed digitally. If you would rather meet in person, our office is in Goosnargh and home visits are available — free within about a 15-minute drive, chargeable beyond that to cover the adviser’s travel time.

Are meetings recorded?

Usually, yes. It protects both of us and it means there is a clear record of what was discussed and agreed. We will tell you at the time.

Where exactly are you?

Goosnargh, just north of Preston, off Langley Lane. There’s parking on site.

What should I bring to a first meeting?

Whatever you have, however incomplete. Pension statements, policy documents, a list of what you think you hold. If you have nothing at all, come anyway.

Can I speak to a particular adviser?

Of course. Ask for Paul, Mark or Daniel by name and that’s who you’ll get.

Our services

Most people need more than one of these.
