OUR CODE OF ETHICS

CHARTERED INSURANCE

INSTITUTE

As members of the Chartered Insurance Institute, we believe that it is very important that we have a code of ethics which we will follow with all clients. We have adopted the CII’s code, and as such we are required to adhere to this at all times

THE CODE OF ETHICS

1. Comply with the Code and all relevant laws and regulations.

2. Act with the highest ethical standards and integrity.

3. Act in the best interests of each client.

4. Provide a high standard of service.

5. Treat people fairly regardless of: age, disability, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion and belief, sex, sexual orientation and transgender.

OUR BELIEFS

We believe as a firm that where it is not in the best interests of a client to proceed, we have an obligation to inform them of that. We will tell clients why it is not in their best interests.

A financial adviser has to take responsibility for the advice given and as such as a firm we will always err on the side of caution in this respect.

We believe that it is important to build trust, not just with an existing or a new client, but also to other potential clients, and we will strive to provide the best service we can to new and to existing clients.
